Due to the personalised and curated nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. Each box is hand-packed based on your subscription and includes digital content which cannot be returned.
Digital Products (PDFs and PDF Memberships)
All PDFs and PDF-only memberships are non-refundable once purchased, as they are digital and cannot be revoked once the file is downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your PDF or membership, please contact us within 5 working days with your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 working days with a clear photo and your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.
