Shipping & Delivery

Boxes are dispatched between the 1st and 7th of each month via Royal Mail or an equivalent UK courier. You will receive an email notification once your box has shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is up to date before the 25th of the month. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

PDF Delivery:

• The PDF included with your box subscription will be delivered to your email on the 1st of each month.

• One-off PDF purchases are delivered immediately to your email after purchase.

• PDF-only membership subscribers will receive the latest PDF on the 1st of each month.

Please note: to receive any educational emails or PDFs, you must be subscribed to receive marketing emails.
