Got a question about your subscription, shipping or what's in the box? You're in the right place!

🗓 When will I be billed, and when will my box arrive?

If you sign up between the 1st and 25th of the month, you’ll receive the following month’s box. Boxes are shipped between the 1st and 7th of each month.

If you sign up after the 25th, your subscription will start the month after next.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the 20th of every month. Your mindset and business PDF will be emailed to you during the same week your box is shipped.

📦 What’s in the box each month?

Each box is a surprise – but expect a curated mix of:

  • Nail art tools and accessories
  • Exclusive, trend-led designs
  • Limited edition or surprise extras
  • Business tips and confidence-boosting content in PDF form
  • Products from indie brands and well-known favourites

Everything is handpicked with your growth, creativity and business in mind.

👩🎓 Who is the box suitable for?

The Curated Club is made for all nail techs – from students just starting out to fully booked salon professionals.

If you're passionate about nails and growing your business, this box is for you.

🔁 Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us at laurie@thecuratedclub.co.uk.

Please cancel before your next billing date (the 19th) to avoid being charged for the next month’s box.

💸 Do you offer refunds?

Because each box is specially curated and packed just for you, we don’t offer refunds after payment has been made. For full details, check our Terms & Conditions.

🎁 Can I buy just one box?

Yes! When stock allows, we offer one-time purchase boxes in our shop. These are limited and go quickly, so keep an eye on our shop and socials.

📘 What are the monthly PDFs about?

Each monthly PDF is designed to support your mindset and business behind the scenes. Topics include:

  • Building your brand and identity
  • Improving client retention
  • Marketing tips and seasonal planning
  • Boosting confidence and staying motivated

It’s like a mini coaching session, delivered right to your inbox.
